Fio and Colby’s love for wine began in different parts of the world. Fio, from Peru, grew up in a family with a winemaking legacy, while Colby enjoyed wine with his family in California. They met in an Irish pub before Fio attended Cal Poly SLO, and their passion for the Central Coast grew.
 
After successful careers in the Bay Area, they moved to Paso Robles in 2018 and purchased a 33-acre property. They planted their first grapes and have since cultivated their vineyard, with Fio completing the winemaking program at UC Davis and Colby managing the vineyard.

These are minimal intervention, terroir-driven wines from Paso Robles. We'll be tasting:

1. 2024 Viognier (24 cases produced)

2. 2021 Allpa Bordeaux Blend - 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Petit Verdot and 17% Cabernet Franc (98 Cases Produced)
